No gimmicks, no nonsense, no lies. With me you will receive tailor-made, exceptional care, respect, and attention to your very unique needs. My current Downtown Asheville studio office is open By Appointment Only. I offer a variety of Massage & Bodywork Services and Coaching in a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space.

* I do not book appointments over the phone. * Your initial appt must be scheduled online with a credit card. Pre-payment in full is required to book. My Cancellation Policy is 24 hrs.

A Medical History Intake Form & Liability Release Waiver are required to be completed prior to any hands-on work. If you need assistance filling out these forms, please request copies in advance.

The Historic Miles Building, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. I do offer home visits.

* Please arrive ten minutes early * for your first appointment to fill out paperwork. Some medical conditions may require a referral note from your physician in advance. I do not accept insurance, but will provide a detailed invoice upon request. I do encourage seeking reimbursement from your healthcare provider and/ or employer.
