* Your initial appointment must be scheduled online with a credit card via Square. Payment accepted: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

Online scheduling is always preferred, but you are welcome to message me with inquiries after your initial registration is established.

* My Cancellation Policy is 24 hrs. 

A Medical History Intake Form and Liability Release Waiver are required to be completed prior to any hands-on work. If you need assistance filling out these forms, please request copies in advance.

The Historic Miles Building is not wheelchair accessible, but I do offer home visits. Message me to inquire! I'm happy to accommodate if possible.

* Please arrive ten minutes early for your first appointment. Some medical conditions may require a referral note from your physician.
