I do not sell products, nor silly named services. While you may find the experience relaxing or luxurious, I am not a 'luxury' brand nor a 'fluff & buff' spa. No gimmicks, no nonsense, no lies. Every modality I offer is legitimate; based on my training and nearly 20 years of experience in somatics.

My current Downtown Asheville studio office is open By Appointment Only. I offer a variety of Massage & Bodywork Services and Coaching in a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space.

A Medical History Intake Form & Liability Release Waiver are required to be completed prior to any hands-on work. If you need assistance filling out these forms, please request copies in advance.

The Historic Miles Building, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. I do offer home visits.

* Please arrive ten minutes early * for your first appointment to fill out paperwork. Some medical conditions may require a referral note from your physician in advance. I do not accept insurance, but will provide a detailed invoice upon request. I do encourage seeking reimbursement from your healthcare provider and/ or employer.
